This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”, which may include, but is not limited to, your name, address, phone number, email, and credit card information).
1. Information Collection, Use, and Disclosure
Collection
While using our Sites, we may ask you to provide us with certain Personal Information that can be used to contact or identify you. If you submit a contact form we will ask for your name, email address, and possibly phone number. If you sign up for our newsletter we will ask for your name and email address (for more information please read the Service Providers – Mailing Lists section below). If you make an online purchase or donation then you will be asked to provide your credit card information as well as your contact information (for more information please read the Service Providers – Payment Processors section below).
When you visit our Sites, certain information is automatically collected about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse our Sites, we collect information about the individual web pages that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to our Sites, and information about how you interact with our Sites. Use
We use your Personal Information to contact you if you submit a question or inquiry through one of our online forms.
We use your device information and IP address to analyze usage of our Sites and for future development of our Sites.
Newsletters
If you subscribe to our mailing list then we will use your Personal Information to send you email updates and announcements. If you want to change your contact information, or if you no longer wish to receive our newsletters, you may do so by following the directions at the bottom of the newsletter emails, or you can contact us directly.
Online Payments and Donations
To complete online payments and donations, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes, to fill your orders, or to send you donation receipts. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use that information to contact you.
Disclosure
We will not disclose Personal Information that you provide on our Sites to any third parties except:
i. in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy, or
ii. to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights, or

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
When you submit Personal Information via our Sites (or a third party service), that information is encrypted and transmitted in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.
3. Cookies
Cookies are small files which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer's hard drive.
Like many sites, we use cookies to collect information. You can disable cookies by turning them off in your browser; however, doing so may cause some parts of our Sites to not function properly.

Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any Personal Information on our Sites.

There may be links from our Sites to other websites; note that this Privacy Policy applies only to our Sites and not to websites of other companies or organizations to which our Sites may be linked. While using our Sites you may be directed to third party websites. These third parties may ask for Personal Information in order to provide a service. For example, we use CampBrain to power our online registrations.

5. Service Providers
Our Sites utilize third party services such as software, tools, and application programming interfaces (APIs). These services assist us in analyzing how our Sites are used, allow us to receive payments and donations, and help us maintain a mailing list. These third parties will access your Personal Information only to perform these services on our behalf, and they are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Analytics
Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.
You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Service available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.

Payment & Donation Processors
We use third party services such as PayPal and Stripe for payment processing, and Tithe.ly for donation processing.
When you make a purchase or donation online, your payment card details are provided directly to our third party payment processors whose use of your Personal Information is governed by their own privacy policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council.

Mailing Lists
We use Mailchimp to maintain a list of contacts and to send electronic newsletters to those contacts.
When you subscribe to our mailing list, your name and email address will be stored in our Mailchimp contact list. We will never give out your contact information, and Mailchimp has their own privacy policy which governs their use of your Personal Information.

6. Changes to our Privacy Policy
