The Executive Director serves as the strategic leader and chief operator, driving the Wesley Acres mission, overseeing daily operations, and implementing the Board's strategic vision to create a safe, engaging park experience for all visitors. They are responsible for managing staff, resources, and finances, leading fundraising initiatives, and acting as the primary ambassador to stakeholders and the community.

Operations Director

The Operations Director plans, directs, and coordinates the daily maintenance, safety, and administration of parks, recreation facilities, and grounds. They lead staff, manage budgets, and ensure facilities are clean, secure, and fully operational for public use.

Administrative Services Manager / Finance Manager

The Administrative Services Manager / Finance Manager oversees the financial health and day-to-day administrative operations of Wesley Acres. This dual role involves managing financial planning, budgeting, and reporting while ensuring efficient administrative systems, compliance, and staff supervision.

Guest Services Representative

The Guest Services Representative acts as the primary contact for guests, delivering exceptional service from check-in to check-out. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing reservations, processing payments, managing rentals, providing information, and resolving inquiries.

Harbour Ridge Camp Director

The Camp Director oversees all aspects of Harbour Ridge Camp operations, including program development, staff training and supervision, safety compliance, and participant engagement. They handle administration, marketing, and budgeting, ensuring a safe, supportive, and fun environment while managing camper logistics and parent communication. They also handle all of Wesley Acres children's, youth, and young adults ministries.

Ministry & Program Coordinator

The Ministry & Program Coordinator is a strategic leader who bridges internal programming with external audience engagement, overseeing both the development of ministry services and their promotional strategies. This role is responsible for ensuring programs are effective, on-budget, and aligned with the Wesley Acres mission, while leading marketing efforts to drive awareness, engagement, and growth.

Food Services Manager

The Food Services Manager directs daily culinary operations for both Wesley Acres ministries, Harbour Ridge camps, and rental groups, ensuring high-quality food, safety, and service standards. Key duties include hiring and training staff, managing inventory and budgets, optimizing menus, and resolving customer complaints to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction.

Housekeeping Coordinator

The Housekeeping Coordinator manages daily cleaning operations, schedules staff, and coordinates laundry and cleaning services to meet sanitation standards. Key duties include inspecting rooms, managing supply inventory, training staff, and liaising with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. They ensure smooth, efficient operations and maintain high cleanliness standards.

Wally Zachariah

Maintenance Lead Hand

The Maintenance Lead Hand ensures facility functionality and safety by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting electrical/plumbing systems, and conducting repairs on machinery and infrastructure.  Responsibilities include inspecting buildings, repairing fixtures, maintaining equipment, maintaining the grounds and ensuring compliance with safety codes to minimize downtime.
