What Does Being A Member Involve?
- The duty to maintain his/her commitment to Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour;*
- The duty to further the Purposes of the Corporation;*
- The duty to respect and submit to the Constitution;*
- The right to receive notice of, attend, speak and participate at all Meetings of Members.*
What Are The Qualifications Required To Be A Member?
- The individual shall have signed a MembershipStatement to evidence:*
i. his/her faith as described in the Statement of Faith;*
ii. his/her commitment to furthering the Purposes of the Corporation as contained in the Articles of Continuance;*
iii. his/her commitment to respect and submit to the Constitution;*
iv. his/her regular participation in a local congregation* - The individual shall be at least eighteen years of age;*
- The individual shall have been admitted into Membership at the discretion of the Board.*
NOTE: In order to be eligible to vote at the 2026 Annual Meeting of Members your membership application must be received by the Wesley Acres office no later than May 31, 2026.

May 31: Applications for Membership closed in preparation for the AMM (Applications for membership will not be accepted from June 1, 2026 – July 2, 2026)
June 6: 2025 Audited financial statements posted
June 27: Annual General Meeting 9:00am
July 2: Applications for Membership re-opened.
December 1: 2027 Membership Applications Open
December 31: 2026 Wesley Acres Inc. membership expires
