A great starter trailer situated on the interior with quick access to the park, tuck shop/Smitty's, the beach, and the main bathroom/shower rooms (Aldersgate Lodge).  The lot is beautiful and private with amazing neighbours, surrounded by three mature trees that offer tons of shade, with room to park a boat and two vehicles plus pitch a tent. The trailer is older, and will need ongoing TLC. In the last year, we sealed the roof, painted the trailer, completed maintenance on deck (a few boards need to be replaced still), replaced screens on doors, replaced the floor/subfloor with new weatherproof vinyl flooring and replaced all light fixtures with LED. We never hooked up propane in our two seasons of ownership, so we haven't tested the hot water or stove, but were told it is in working order.  We never touched the bathroom and it still has the camper toilet; although, we have a full size toilet in the shed to replace it as the plumbing upgrades allow for that. The deck has a patio table and chairs for 6, but has accommodated 12 for meals. It has tons of space to install a pergola or gazebo and extend the trailer outdoors.  We love this little trailer and are sad to be leaving it and this community. May it bless you as it has us.
