Wesley Acres embarked on an Appreciative Inquiry Strategic Planning process in the summer of 2024 to clarify its identity, to develop its strategic plan for the next five years, and to engage and align all parts of the organization around that plan. The first step was a process of discovery and inquiry to determine its stakeholders’ best experiences of Wesley Acres, and to understand the most important values and strengths for the organization to carry forward into the future.  Through activities of discernment and dreaming we then envisioned ourselves in the future, arriving at a shared image of Wesley Acres’ identity, value proposition, vision, and direction.
